Pre-Undergraduate Alchemy

How students perform during the first three years of high school determines which schools they can attend.  Sophomore and especially Junior year are critical for admissions.  All schools have guidance counselors that are supposed to help students find their way through school, but they are often overworked and unable to keep track of everyone despite their good intentions.

Consider our Alchemists your personal guidance counselors.  They will provide advice on academics, extracurricular activities and leadership opportunities.  Unlike school based guidance counselors, our Alchemists only work with a select few students. 

Upon engaging Alchemy, you will receive:

• An initial intensive review of your current academics, community service, extracurriculars, goals and expectations.  After this review, our Alchemist will develop a game plan for the next year.
• An assigned college essay at the beginning of the year, which will be edited by the Alchemist. 
• Monthly calls/meetings to update progress and guide activities.
• Regular e-mail contact with any questions or concerns.
• An assigned essay at the end of the year, which will be edited and then compared to the initial essay to gauge writing improvement.
• A final intensive review of your progress, achievement of goals and future plans.

Pricing:  $1950 for one school year.  Plus receive 10% off any future Alchemy services and lock in pricing for your application.

Pre-Law Alchemy

Admission to law school is intense.  At the top schools, only the best and brightest even garner a cursory overview of their application.  As with undergraduate admissions, unless you commit yourself to excellence well before you attend – whether currently in college, or planning to attend several years after graduation – your chance for admission decreases dramatically. 

Our Alchemists will position you properly, and guide your schedule so that each piece of the puzzle falls neatly into place when the time comes for your application.

Upon engaging Alchemy, you will receive:

• An initial intensive review of your current academics, experience, community service, goals and expectations.  After this review, our Alchemist will develop a game plan for the next year.
• An assigned law school essay at the beginning of the year, which will be edited by the Alchemist. 
• Monthly calls/meetings to update progress and guide activities.
• Regular e-mail contact with any questions or concerns.
• An assigned essay at the end of the year, which will be edited and then compared to the initial essay to gauge writing improvement.

Pre-MBA Alchemy

The MBA application is the most amorphous and broad ranging of any graduate school application.  Unlike law school and medical school, great scores do not guarantee you admission.  You also need excellent experience, leadership, community service, exceptional recommendations and standout essays.

What you do for the three years before you apply will make of break your chance for success. 

Each of our Pre-MBA Alchemists has run the admissions gauntlet and succeeded.  They know how to work with you to position yourself and your activities in a way to shine on the application.

Pre-Graduate Alchemy

Graduate school, whether for a Masters or PhD, or for English or Foreign Policy, requires long-term preparation so that you are ready for its difficulties.  Make sure you are prepared by working with our Alchemists.

• An initial intensive review of your current academics, experience, community service goals and expectations.  After this review, our Alchemist will develop a game plan for the next year.
• An assigned graduate school essay at the beginning of the year, which will be edited by the Alchemist. 
• Monthly calls/meetings to update progress and guide activities.
• Regular e-mail contact with any questions or concerns.
• An assigned essay at the end of the year, which will be edited and then compared to the initial essay to gauge writing improvement.
• A final intensive review of your progress, achievement of goals and future plans.
